After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. We process and ship orders either the same day or the next business day. We will review your billing and shipping details, and package contents before shipment. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. If there are any problems with billing or shipping, we will contact you through the email/phone information you provided.
We aim to process and ship your order as efficiently and quickly as possible. However, delays may occur if your shipping address or billing details are invalid. Please double-check those details to ensure your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Otherwise, our staff will contact you to correct the problem.
FREE SHIPPING applies to any address within the USA through USPS First Class or FedEx depending on how many products are ordered. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
